In the installed application, Local AI uses Tesseract, Whisper and Qwen through native runtimes. Prepared resources work offline; loopback access is needed for the local runtime. Optional Groq Cloud requires internet access, your own API key and explicit consent.
With Groq selected, recognized text and extraction context leave your device. Original screenshots and audio stay local. The website demo performs neither local nor cloud inference.
Native delivery requires separate activation in Settings. Submission to the operating system does not guarantee a visible banner. Clean-install, restart and background behavior must be verified on each platform.
